First Frost is a short novella it has a good story but I wish it would have been a longer story. It’s the first of the Mythos Academy Series; I really hope the rest of the books in this series are longer. Since this novella was only 27 pages.

This story is about Gwen Frost a gypsy girl with the power of psychometry. She gets vibes off of people and objects. Feelings and impressions from the user; she is very careful not to touch people because she doesn’t want to get their feelings since they stay with her.

Her whole world changes when she uses a fellow students brush after gym class. Everything changes for her it’s just a question of whether or not she can handle the changes.

I want to read the sequel to this before I decide whether or not I want to finish the series since it seems to have a mythical theme to it but it’s really too early to tell. If anything this book is a tease.
