Living Dead Doll Captain Bonney Review

Captain Bonney is the newest addition to my collection. She is brilliant. I love the limit/special addition dolls! I have several of them and I am always looking out for a new one to add to my collection at a great price.

Captain Bonney was a Hot Topic exclusive. I didn't get to pick her up when she was orignally for sale; however I did get her on ebay at a really good price. I actually got her cheaper then her original sale price. Those are my favorite type of bargains.

I love her pirate motif that she has going. She has a peg leg, eye patch, and a hook for a hand! She is one bad pirate lass. She doesn't have regular traditional doll hair she has orange yarn type hair. Her eye is also spectacular; I love the way they did her eye make-up.

As with all my Living Dead Dolls I don't open them. I always keep them new in box. Which is what she is. Sometimes it's very hard to find what you want for a good price in the condition that I want. I am willing to wait as long as I need to to get it. I have friends that are collectors that take there's out of the box. As always I encourage people to do what will bring them the most enjoyment.

Bottom line I love her and she was well worth the wait. She is a wonderful addition to my collection.

Sophie Tweed Simmons on X-Factor

Everyone who knows me knows that I am a huge Kiss fan. They also know that Gene is my favorite; however this isn't about Kiss or Gene its about Sophie!

I wasn't going to review or say anything about X-Factor because I'm really not into those type of shows. However this morning I was disturbed to see how many people were being catty at Sophie. I think that its great that she wants to try to make a name for herself with out the help of her parents. She does a lot of things that she should be getting credit for but no one pays any attention to it. Such as all the charity work that she does.

I think it was a little said that Demi had to call Sophie out as soon as she said who she was. I'm sure if she could have kept Shannon and Gene away from the audition she would have. She wants the opportunity to step out of the shadow of her famous parents and make a name for herself.

I think that one girl that auditioned didn't need to be so catty just because she didn't see something in Sophie doesn't mean she doesn't have talent or ability. I know a lot of people feel that Sophie should just use her family connection to get her career going. Am I the only one that sees that as a false win for her? If she uses her parents she isn't getting there on her talent alone. It's like cheating on an Algebra test. You got the good grade but you didn't work for it. So I think instead of calling her stupid for doing it her way you should be congratulating her on working for it.

As much as I hate to say it I do agree with Simon. She has a different timber to her voice but it does need some coaching. I don't think they let her through because of who her parents are; but because of her potential. I added the video of her audition so you can judge for yourself.

Review of The Mystic Wolves by Belinda Boring

  • BN ID: 2940014547802
  • Publisher: Moonstruck Media
  • Publication date: 1/19/2012
  • Sold by: Barnes & Noble
  • Format: eBook
  • Pages: 300
  • Sales rank: 124,709
  • Series: The Mystic Wolves , #1
  • File size: 150 KB

If I've said it once I've said it a hundred times; I love shifters. They are sensual, loyal, and just total bad asses!

The Mystic Wolves are no different. This book starts out with a bang literally. Taking you on a wild ride when an outsider threatens their very existence.  Belinda did an amazing job bringing incredible characters to life. She also added just enough of a mind screw to the end of the book to keep you hooked and begging for more!

If your one of those folks that feel vampires are the better paranormal characters never fear there are vampires as well. This book also offers just enough heat as well to make it ok for younger readers. It also has a wonderful love story between Mason pack alpha and his future mate Darcy.

I also noticed this book had a lot of mixed reviews but it seems that a lot of the people that didn't like the book weren't paranormal fans or they were pissed because there were some jabs at Twilight. I personally am not a fan of Twilight so that didn't bother me.

Review of OtherKin: Fury by Anya Bast

  • BN ID: 2940011513558

  • Publication date: 9/10/2011
  • Sold by: SMASHWORDS - EBKS
  • Format: eBook
  • Sales rank: 1,503
  • File size: 212 KB

This is a very erotic novella! It is defiantly not something for the under 18 crowd!

I really liked Anya's take on shifter packs. It's not your normal run of the mill shifter story. I liked that there is a mixed species element per say. The wolf pack takes a cougar in to live in there pack. Not only do they take her in but the pack elders want her to be alpha queen. This is something that freaks Nikki out she doesn't know if she can be alpha to a pack of wolfs. She has so many doubts. Besides why would the wolfs except her.

Even though this book is a little over a hundred pages it's a great read. I really want to read the rest of this series. I'm curious about how Anya's going to continue this story. For those of you that don't already know shifter books are probably my favorite paranormal creatures.

AfterLife is a fabulous prequel novella. When I'm starting a new series I always look to see if there is a prequel before I start. I always like to read the back stories of the characters I'm going to be going on an adventure with.

I think Willow Cross did a great job bringing these characters to life. She also wove a great back story of how her main characters met and how they became such an important part of each others lives.

If you haven't already read the Dark Gifts Series it is defiantly one you should check out if your a fan of paranormal books. It's not a long read only about 70 pages but you wont be sorry that you picked up this book even with having less then 100 pages it was packed full of action!! It is also a paranormal book that is something that all readers can enjoy!

I can't wait to read the rest of this series! It's got me hooked!

Review of Simply Spray

Simply Spay is amazing product. Its also easy to use. I was looking forward to trying this product because using regular fabric dye's and brush on fabric paints tend to be a either messy, hard to work with, or it streaks.

I found that Simple Spray was easy to use. It also wasn't messy. So I could work on my project with out having to worry about a huge mess to clean up like you do with regular fabric dye. I also noticed that even though it has a paint odor to it; it didn't bother my asthma which is always a plus.

I feel like the projects you can do with this product are endless. There are also so many color and style options available. I think my favorite with Halloween coming is fake spray blood! I was wondering if the spay blood could be used for mock crime scenes as well!! I might have to get a can and test it out. It would be a good way for me to practice reading blood splatter patterns. For those of you that don't know I have my A.S in Criminal Investigation. If you not into blood and gore for Halloween there is also glow in the dark paint! The possibilities for the glow in the dark paint are endless.

You also have the option of puff paint as well! Now the puff paint currently only come in 2 colors; black and white. However with the right imagination I'm sure you can figure out how to use the puff paint in combination with other types of simply spray.

I love the Simply Spay fabric paint. It is so easy to use for upcycling your fabric furniture! Turn it from shabby to chic. This is what I tested. I tested it on some scrap fabric to get a feel for it before I started on a project with it. I discovered that it is so easy to use you can even craft with your kids using it. If you go on to the website there is even an area that offers project ideas. I think this would be great for making one of a kind tshirts for scouts, marathons, family reunion, ect.

I have several projects in mind that I can't wait to get started on. One of the first ones is using the lavender fabric paint to change my bedroom lampshades to match my remodel!

Review of Becoming (Lynnie Russell Trilogy) By RM Gilmore

Becoming is an outstanding book. It was so refreshing to read a book that wasn't the same old tired story.

I loved that RM Gilmore was able to weave some old Irish legends in to this book. She also managed to have all of the important elements of a good book; as well! She had romance, heart ache, self loathing, and a strong willed main character.

This book begins on Lynnie's 20th birthday. The day she is Becoming. You travel with her over the course of the next few days as she starts to understand and come to grips with what she is. I really can't tell you any more then that because I don't want to give anything way.

This book is not your average read if you like paranormal style books and you are looking for something different to read this is the book for you! I look forward to the second book in this series. I also liked that this book is one that most readers can enjoy. I didn't need to worn readers away because it might be to graphic for younger reader.

Soda Steam Review

I had to write a review on my soda stream because I saw on Facebook the other day one of my friends saying how stupid he thought it was!

I can see how someone that has never used a soda stream might feel that way; but I'm here to tell you that isn't the case. This is an item that now that we have it in my house we can't live without. I was actually complaining today because my Co2 container ran out so I couldn't use it.

The photo that I posted is the one I have it is just a simple soda stream that you can make liter bottles of soda in. Soda's aren't the only think you can make in it though; you can make sparkling waters or energy drinks. My son loves to mix the energy drink with the orange soda. It makes an orange flavored energy drink. I make a lot of sparkling water and cranberry raspberry soda.

The soda stream is so easy to use as well.  All you do is fill the litter bottle up to the fill line then screw it on to the machine. Once it is screwed on you are going to press the button on top about 3 times until it makes a different type of noise. Next you unscrew the bottle and you are ready to add your flavors. This next step is very important that you do it right. When adding the flavors make sure you tilt the bottle and pour it in slowly so that it doesn't fizz up all over the place.

Soda stream sodas are also better for you then regular soda. They are lower in sodium and sugar. They are also a great treat for kids because its not full of sugar and there is a wide variety of flavors for them to choice from. The soda lasts in the bottles for about 3 days with out losing its fizz!!

I would defiantly recommend this product! It is well worth the money it is defiantly an investment.

Review of The Dark Side of Disney by Leonard Kinsey

WOW!! That is the best adjective to use when talking about this book. However if you get offended easily don't even bother reading this book while planing your next Disney Vacation.

This book was suggested to me by another fellow C.M. I actually laughed out loud at some of the scams in the book because it is stuff that you see everyday. There is one part of the book where he says a housekeeper in his hotel was pissed one morning. After he talked to her, he found out that she opened the fridge to clean it and there were used condoms in there that splashed all over her. I felt so sorry for her because that is something that our wonderful guest do to us all the time. It's funny to treat us like crap and throw stuff at us.

I applaud Leonard for writing this book. I know there are people out there wondering why? The reason is I do love Disney however it is not the place that it used to be and sadly I've seen it suck the life force out of it's Cast Members. I went season so that didn't happen to me. I felt the love of my job leaving me; I had to make a choice. I chose to leave while I still loved all of what Uncle Walt wanted for us.

If you are planing a trip to Disney check out this book. There are a lot of good suggestions in it. If I was vacationing I would defiantly use a lot of the tips. If you don't want to know where good spots are for a little vacation sex then don't read that section but remember Disney is like Vegas "What happens at Disney  stays at Disney".

Review of How Not to Make a Wish by Mindy Klasky

  • Sold by: Barnes & Noble
  • Format: eBook

  • Series: As You Wish Series , #1
  • File size: 761 KB

To be honest with all of you when I started reading this book I had a hard time getting into it and I was a bit disappointed in the lead character Kira! This didn't make me very happy because I normally get right into Mindy's books and I love them.

I think the problem is it took longer for Kira to start to show her strength and come into her own! In the beginning of  the book she was very self loathing and pretentious!  She wanted to have it all the perfect job, the perfect boyfriend, and the perfect body. However she didn't want to work for it. I was so very glad that her genie Teel felt the need to mix things up for her so it wasn't easy for her.

I did really like the end of the book! I think it had the ending that it should have and actually saved the entire book in my opinion. Again it's not that it is a bad book it just isn't my favorite by Mindy. I do however plan to finish the rest of the series.

Review of Hollywood Scandal by Gemma Halliday

  • Series: Hollywood Headlines Series , #1
  • File size: 810 KB

I know I don’t normally review New York Times Best Selling Authors but I love Gemma Halliday! I discovered her last year when I started reading her High Heel Mysteries! I figured it was going to be one of those series were you read the first one and think why did I start reading this? I was pleasantly surprised to be wrong. Gemma’s books are fun and laugh out loud stories; with heroines that are smart, witty, and slightly damaged.

Both of Gemma’s series take place in L.A. Which I’ve never been so I get to live vicariously through Tina Bender in this series as she chases down Hollywood’s rich and famous for her celebrity gossip column. Tina works for Felix Dunn at the Informer. If you read the High Heel Mysteries Felix might sound familiar to you. Gemma brought back some of your beloved characters from the High Heeled Mysteries. I love that she did that. It gives you the feeling of continuing the story but with new lead characters.

In the first book in this series Tina starts to get threats because of her column; true to form she isn’t going to take it lying down. She sees it as a could be story and she is going to chase the lead. Felix of course is looking out for his assets; he higher Cal to look out for Tina. This of course doesn’t go over well with her because she is a big girl and can take care of herself.  Or at least she thinks so!

I look forward to reading the rest of this series! It’s always great being able to read a great mystery that is also a fun romance story as well! I would suggest if you haven’t read the High Heel Mysteries pick those up as well!!

Review of Adventures in Funeral Crashing by Milda Harris

I don’t know what I expected when I picked up this book. I know it was the title that caught my attention and I figured what the heck let’s give it a try.

This book was refreshing in the way it took me back to younger days. By that I mean it is along the lines of a Nancy Drew or Sweet Valley High books that I used to enjoy. I loved the fact that Kait the lead character although she is a professional funeral crasher at 16 she isn’t the stereotypical “Goth” kid. She is just your average run of the mill kid that has been made an outcast by her former BFF!

Kait got into funeral crashing after her mother died a year and a half prior; because she feels a sense of belonging there. That is until she accidently crashes the wrong funeral! The hottest most popular boy in school Ethan’s sisters funeral. He sees Kait and recognizes her from school and wants to know how she knows his sister. Kait took off because she couldn’t think of a good lie figuring that would be the end of it until he shows up at the video store she works at. Ethan wants to know because he thinks his sister was murdered; so he is looking for answers.

They decide to team up after Kait comes clean about funeral crashing with Ethan; leading them on a deadly game of cat and mouse.

If you don’t mind a book that is going to take you back to better or worse times in your life depending on how highschool was for you check this book out. If you know a teen that like to read this is a fun chick lit book for them.

Review of the Classmate Murders by Bob Moats

BN ID: 2940000800409
Publisher: Bob Moats, via Smashwords
Publication date: 12/23/2009
Sold by: SMASHWORDS - EBKS
Format: eBook

File size: 522 KB

This book was one I picked up looking for something different to read and I almost didn’t finish reading it when I realized the main character was 60 years old. I know shame on me for judging a book by the age of its main character! It’s a bad habit I am trying to break.

I’m glad I kept reading this book I was presently surprised by this story! It kept me guessing until almost the end; which doesn’t happen often. I normally have the story figured out early on. Plus I tend to nit-pick detective novels because something is always written wrong. With a background in Criminal Investigation it tends to put a damper on enjoying it. I really didn’t have that problem with this book.

This book starts out explaining a little bit about Jim Richards the lead character. He logs on to his computer and discovers an email from his high school sweetheart. In the letters she explains that she heard that he was some sort of investigator and she needs his help! He hasn’t heard from her in over 40 years so he is a bit blown away by her contacting him. He isn’t actually an investigator he is a security guard that was recently laid off. But he is more than willing to try to help her; when he tries to call her the phone is answered by a detective. He called just a little too late to help her; however she is only the first of his former classmates that start getting threatened! Jim tries to discover the link between the girls and tries to save them before it’s too late. Jim also manages to find love in the process!

I really enjoyed this book and even though there was a big of over the hill sex in it; I look forward to reading more books in this series.

Interview with Author Peter Koevari

Hello Peter, Thank you for doing this interview.
Did you always want to be a writer or did you realize it later on?

I always had a love for storytelling and regularly ran off with my imagination. In high school, I absolutely loved English classes and creative assignments. I had written short stories, some articles, and not much else until many years later. There was always a yearning to write a book, but didn’t start seriously penning a novel until about 4 years ago.

Do you do anything other than write?

Yes, I do plenty of other things than write. As many authors will tell you, only a miniscule percentile of writers can actually sustain a living with their craft.  I work hard in my IT career.

What do you like to do when you have down time?

I spend time with my family, read books, blog, listen to music, watch movies and TV shows, and generally just try to enjoy life to its fullest. I have somewhat of a passion for the arts. It’s really difficult to find great and original TV shows to enjoy, but I absolutely loved the first two seasons of Game of Thrones, Merlin, and Grimm to name some favorites.

Do have a favorite author that inspires you?

Absolutely, I have quite a few… but you never forget your first fantasy read. I can thank Robin Hobb for her amazing Liveship Trader series. It was my first real fantasy read that made me fall for fantasy novels.
Do you have a favorite place you like to go to think when you are working on a story?

Marithia *laughs*, I used to have my places to go… like a café, etc. But time is preciously short, and I maximize my use of it. I am currently writing Legends of Marithia 3 on my bus trips and during lunch breaks. People may think me insane, but it’s making the absolutely best use of otherwise wasted time.

Where do you come up with the characters for your books?

That is a great question, and it depends on the characters. I have met many different people in my life, and they have all inspired me in different ways. Some characters are based off the personalities of some people in my life. Others, come from my imagination… but there are a few “special” characters in my books. Anakari, for example, was a brilliant character that was written for my books as part of a competition I ran. Lynn, is actually my wife. But there are many personal secrets in my books that I will leave hidden.

Are the places in your stories similar of places you’ve traveled to or would like to?

I crafted Marithia from places inspired from various elements in my life. I have always had a love and fascination for castles, and although I am yet to visit there… I am keen on visiting the castles in England and Europe.

Why did you decide to mix vampires in with traditional fantasy characters?

I’ve always felt that vampires were part of the fantasy world, not a separate world altogether. I have always had a love for fantasy, as well as for vampire stories and films… and the two blended together for me beautifully in my books. There are a large number of different species and characters in my books for readers to discover, but what is more interesting, is how some of them are linked together in ways that readers will not expect.

Do you plan on trying another genre in the future?

At this stage, I am really not sure. Fantasy is what makes me excited and passionate to write, but once I complete the Legends of Marithia series, I will have a long think about what to write next. One thing for sure is that I will only write what I love to write, not what is selling, popular, or what I think publishers are looking for. I write from the heart, and in genres that feel good for me to write in. If I was to take a guess at genres I may attempt, I would go with: Thriller, horror, mystery.

What is next for you?

My biggest focus is to spread the word about my books and try to get new readers to pick it up. I am writing Legends of Marithia 3, while I work hard on promoting the first two books. I am also doing my best to get a few book-related projects off the ground, such as converting my first book to a screenplay (I have a project up and running on Pozible.com), creating a new book series trailer, and expanding extra content on my website. A writer’s work never stops, and we have to be our own biggest promoters.

Again thank you for taking the time to do this interview. Is there anything else you would like to add?

Thanks for giving me this opportunity and I hope that more readers pick up my books and take the journey. My books tend to be different to what readers expect, and may contain mature themes which may offend some readers, so I strongly suggest reading a preview before purchasing.

Review of Pet Treat Lickey Stik’s

I got free full size samples of this product in Braised Liver for my dog (Bruiser) and Chicken for my cat (Coraline). This is an interesting concept for a pet treat. It is a liquid treat that coming in a bottle with a roller on the top; think roll on deodorant.

Lickey Stik’s are all natural and made in America. That in its self is reason to check it out. Lickey Stik is made by PetSafe. The dog ones come in a larger bottle then the feline one bottle states it has over 500 licks! I’m not going to count it so I will take their word on it. It also has 1 calorie per 10 licks so if your pet has a weight issue this would be a good treat for them.

The Lickey Stik for dogs comes in 6 flavors so there is something for every dogs taste. The flavors are Savory Chicken, Braised Liver, Smoky Bacon, Sharp Cheese, Peanut Butter, and Big Beef. Bruiser who normally isn’t a huge fan of Liver seemed too really like the Lickey Stik; except for when the smell was stronger than other times. Bruiser doesn’t care for the smell of the liver. If he gets a big whiff of it he starts barking and kicking with his back legs. He doesn’t seem to act this way when I open the Feline Chicken one! So it must just be the strong liver smell he doesn’t like. He really seems to like the Lickey Stik; I think I’m going to have to get him some other flavors to try. I know he likes the chicken because he pushed poor Coraline out of the way to taste hers!

The Feline Lickey Stiks come in 6 flavors as well; the flavors are chicken, tuna, dairy, beef, turkey, and salmon. The bottle is smaller than the canine one but it says there are hundreds of licks in each bottle. The feline one is 1 calorie per 20 licks. Coraline is kind of indifferent to the Lickey Stik! She doesn’t seem to get the concept of licking the roller ball; however she is still a baby too maybe as she gets older she will enjoy it more. She did seem to lick it a little but not enough for me to know whether or not she likes them.

Interview with Author Kate George

Hello Kate, Thank you for doing this interview.

You’re welcome, Heather, I’m always willing to talk about myself!

Did you always want to be a writer or did you realize it later on?

When I was in grade school I used to go to the library and think that one day I might have a book on the shelves. I wrote quite bit when I was young, then I took a twenty year hiatus.

Do you do anything other than write?

I’ve done a number of different things. I trained police dogs in my twenties. Then I taught motorcycle safety classes. I was an answering service operator, a coffee girl, an actress and a foreclosure officer. (That last one didn’t last long, it was awful.) Currently I’m working at the K-12 school where my children are students. I pretty much do everything here, from substituting in classes to administrative work.

What do you like to do when you have down time?

I went the whole summer with no down time, so I’m not sure I remember what I like to do! I read a lot. I like to take road trips. Hanging out with friends and either crafting or chatting – that’s my favorite. I love to sew and create things.

Do have a favorite author that inspires you?

Jenny Crusie. Not only does she tell great stories, but she also shares everything she knows. Jenny is very generous with her time and knowledge, I’d like to be that way when I get to the point I have something to share.

Do you have a favorite place you like to go to think when you are working on a story?

I like to be alone in my house when I’m working. It doesn’t happen much these days, but my dogs hang out with me in the silence, or I play music to get the story back in my head. I don’t have to worry about disturbing anyone, and there is no one to distract me.

Where do you come up with the characters for your books?

I really have no idea. The people just pop into my head.

Are the places in your stories similar of places you’ve traveled to or would like to?

I always write about places I know intimately, either from my life or in my imagination. It’s very difficult for me to set a story in a place I’ve never been. It’s so easy to get the details wrong.

I just finished reading California Schemin; are you planning any more books in this series?

Crazy Little Thing Called Dead will be coming out at the end of September, and there will be at least one more book after that.

Are you anything like your lead heroine Bree?

There is a lot of Bree in me. Her love of animals, her ability to ride motorcycle, and a certain fearless approach to life.

What is next for you?

What’s next? A paranormal romance called Glimmer Girls, which is different from anything I’ve written before, and of course more Bree. She’s part of my life.  Hopefully, one day I’ll be able to quit my day job and just write. Then there’ll be even more Bree and whatever else pops out of my head.

Again thank you for taking the time to do this interview. Is there anything else you would like to add?

Nothing else. Thanks so much for having me. I love meeting new people and making new friends – even when it’s via the internet.

What I didn’t realize when I started reading this book is it’s actually the second book in a series. However it’s one of those series where you can start reading any book and you’re ok because they have their own distinct stories. The only thing is it will reference other stories a little.

This was a great mystery to read. I love the main character Bree. She is so loving and kind but she can scheme and kick butt if needed. In this book while on vacation she has the unfortunate experience of photographing a murder. She doesn’t realize it’s a murder at first when she sees a woman in pink fall from the bridge into the water. When Bree tries to save her she realizes it’s a murder victim. From that point on her world is turned upside down trying live her life and do the right thing.

I like the way the book ended as well leaving a bit of a cliff hanger to let you know there will be another book but also leaving so if you don’t want to read it right away that is alright too. I hate books that leave cliff hangers where you have to read the next book right away. I try to spread the books out I’m reading and not read the same book series one right after another so I can enjoy it longer.

I do plan to get the rest of this series to see what other wild adventures Bree can get herself into. Also what the future holds for her since she seems to be a bit unlucky in love or maybe she just hasn’t found the right one yet.

Review of First Frost by Jennifer Estep

  • ISBN-13: 9780758275073
  • Publisher: Kensington Publishing Corporation
  • Publication date: 7/1/2011
  • Sold by: Barnes & Noble
  • Format: eBook
  • Sales rank: 7,899
  • Age range: 12 - 17 Years
  • Series: Mythos Academy Series
  • File size: 460 KB

First Frost is a short novella it has a good story but I wish it would have been a longer story. It’s the first of the Mythos Academy Series; I really hope the rest of the books in this series are longer. Since this novella was only 27 pages.

This story is about Gwen Frost a gypsy girl with the power of psychometry. She gets vibes off of people and objects. Feelings and impressions from the user; she is very careful not to touch people because she doesn’t want to get their feelings since they stay with her.

Her whole world changes when she uses a fellow students brush after gym class. Everything changes for her it’s just a question of whether or not she can handle the changes.

I want to read the sequel to this before I decide whether or not I want to finish the series since it seems to have a mythical theme to it but it’s really too early to tell. If anything this book is a tease.

Review of Fangs for Nothing by Adrianne Ambrose

Vampire books seem to be the thing for me this week since this is the third one I’ve read in as many days but I do that sometimes just read the same type of book for a while. This week just happens to be vampires.

Fangs for Nothing is a great book! Normally the whole teenagers and vampire thing tends to turn me off unless of course it’s Lost Boys. But then again they never grow old and they never die; so are they still really teenagers? Any way teenager vampire books tend to make me want to reach in the pages and slap they sulky, forlorn teens in the book. That isn’t the case with this one. For the most part they main characters are strong willed independent teens with a dash of insecurity for good measure.

I love the mix up of characters in this story it’s almost the Breakfast Club of vampire stories. The story is the perfect length as well. I like that Adrianne didn’t feel the need to add extra content to try to make the story longer. I tend to dislike useless content.

There is also a beautiful underlying love story in this book. I almost missed it as I was reading it since it’s subtle until the end of the story but it really brings the story together. I think if it wasn’t there it would miss an important element of the story.

I do hope there ends up being a sequel to this book, since it ended with potential for a sequel. I look forward to reading more of Adrianne work in the future and I hope she keeps entertaining us with brilliant story telling.
